剛柔流(Gōjū-ryū)
Gōjū-Ryū Karate is one of Okinawa’s most respected martial arts systems, founded by Chōjun Miyagi in the early 1900s. Meaning “Hard-Soft Style,” Gōjū-Ryū is defined by its mastery of contrast—power and control, tension and flow, force and breath. With deep roots in traditional Okinawan fighting methods and southern Chinese martial arts, it is recognized for its rooted stances, circular defense, close-range power, body conditioning, and disciplined breathing. Gōjū-Ryū carries a presence that is both commanding and refined, representing a style of profound strength, balance, and tradition.
一心流 (Isshin-Ryū)
Isshin-Ryū Karate is a refined Okinawan martial art founded by Tatsuo Shimabuku in 1956. Meaning “One Heart Way,” Isshin-Ryū is known for its clean, efficient movement, explosive striking, and practical design. Forged from the strengths of Shorin-Ryū, Gōjū-Ryū, and Okinawan kobudō, it stands out for its vertical fist, natural stances, snapping techniques, and direct application. Every movement in Isshin-Ryū is purposeful—sharp, disciplined, and built for effectiveness. It is a style that reflects precision, spirit, and the enduring strength of Okinawan tradition.
